Is ProfesaGo free?
Your first 3 quotes are free. On the free plan each quote carries a “Created with ProfesaGo” note at the foot. For unlimited quotes and clean PDFs you can go Premium: 199 TL a month or 1.599 TL a year (with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan). Prices are for Türkiye; the App Store shows yours.
Which trades is it for?
It has ready-made wording for plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters, painters, renovation, cleaning, movers and car detailing. For anything else, pick “Other”.
Where are my quotes and customer details stored?
Your business details, customers and quotes are stored on your phone; they are not saved to our servers. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Does it work offline?
Signing in, address suggestions and AI-written quote text need a connection. Offline, the app writes the quote text on the device, and your saved quotes always open.
Which languages can quotes be written in?
The app is available in 15 languages. You choose the quote language separately from the app language — for example, the app in Turkish and the quote in English.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ProfesaGo → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Can I change my business name?
One account is used with one business name. You can change the business name at most 3 times in any 12 months. See the Terms of Service for details.
