Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the ProfesaGo iOS app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Parties

The service is provided by [Controller name / legal entity — owner to fill], [Postal address — owner to fill] (“ProfesaGo”, “we”). Contact: support@profesago.com.

2. The service

ProfesaGo helps tradespeople and service businesses prepare job quotes, save them as PDFs with their business details and logo, and share them. Quote text can be written with the help of AI or on the device. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your account

  • You must be over 18 and use the App for your business or professional activity.
  • You can sign in with email, Apple or Google, or continue as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
  • The business details you enter must be accurate.

4. Business-name rule

  • One account = one business name. Each account is used with a single business name.
  • You can change the business name at most 3 times in any 12-month period.
  • A business name used on one account cannot be reused on another account. Opening new accounts to renew the free allowance breaches these Terms.
  • You may not use a trademark, trade name or business name that belongs to someone else without the right to do so.

5. Free plan

  • The free plan lets you create a total of 3 quotes per account, for the lifetime of the account.
  • Quotes created on the free plan carry the note “This quote was created with ProfesaGo · profesago.com” at the foot.
  • Once you reach the limit you need Premium to create new quotes; you can keep opening and sharing your earlier quotes.

6. Premium subscription

  • Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly (199 TL) or yearly (1.599 TL). Prices outside Türkiye are shown in the App Store for your country. The price the App Store shows before you buy is the price that applies.
  • The yearly plan comes with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. The trial is available once per Apple Account.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; there are no partial refunds for the remaining time.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  • Price changes are announced in advance under Apple’s rules, with your consent requested where required.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

7. Your content and responsibilities

  • The information you enter and the quotes you create belong to you. You allow us to process them as described in the Privacy Policy so we can provide the service.
  • You are responsible for the prices, tax calculations and commitments in your quotes and for their legal compliance. Check AI-written text before you send it. ProfesaGo does not give legal, financial or tax advice, and a quote is not an invoice or a fiscal document.
  • You must have obtained and be using the customer details you add to quotes lawfully.
  • Your data is stored on your phone; it is lost if you lose the phone, delete the App or reset it. We recommend keeping PDF copies of important quotes.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent quotes; infringe the rights of others; or misuse the App or our servers through reverse engineering, automated bulk requests, attempts to get around limits, or exploiting security flaws.

9. Intellectual property

The App, the ProfesaGo name and logo, the illustrations and the software belong to us. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited licence to use the App on your own devices in line with these Terms.

10. Changes to the service and availability

We may change, add or remove features to improve the App. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. Features that need a connection, such as AI text and address suggestions, may be unavailable from time to time.

11. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business or lost data. In any case our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and mandatory consumer protection rules, remain unaffected.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.

13. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and ProfesaGo, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, handle any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual-property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must use the App in line with the usage rules of the App Store Terms of Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to go to the consumer arbitration committees and courts where you live remain unaffected.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We announce material changes in the App or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
